Platform Services are provided for payment, which is made in advance. A price list of charges for telematic/teleconsultation Services is posted on the Platform and is accessible to you after you register on it.

All payments are made by card through Alpha Bank’s secure “Alpha e-Commerce” platform. The system uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer-SSL). Encryption is a method of encoding information until it reaches its specified recipient, who can decode it using the appropriate key.

You will then receive a receipt by email from the Company for the telematic/teleconsultation services you are to receive.
