No. The TeleHospital platform is specially designed for teleconsultations. What’s more, signing in through TeleHospital ensures your personal data are protected.
You can put in a request for the service any day & time you like. The TeleHospital Help Center can process your request Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 (except holidays).
You can select up to 5 specialized Doctors, depending on your particular condition, so they can review your medical file. Up to 5 Doctors can take part in the video call. If you are not sure about which specialties you should select, you may contact the TeleHospital Help Center during its business hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30, except holidays).
Before the payment stage, you can select the Medical Clinic and Doctors you would like to review your request. You can always seek assistance from the TeleHospital Help Center to select the Doctors who will assess your medical file.
The cost of the service is €100.00 (for up to 2 Doctors) for a medical opinion without a video call, and €150.00 (for up to 2 Doctors) for a medical opinion with a video call.
