How does
the service work?

Before the video call:

  • Fill in your main symptom
  • Proceed to payment for the service
  • You are notified of the time the teleconsultation will take place (maximum response time: 2 hours) and you speak to the Doctor by video call

During the video call:

  • During the video call, the Doctor will evaluate your case based on the available information and recommend an appropriate treatment.

After the video call:

  • You receive the medical opinion for your case through the platform

Athens Medical Group’s 24/7 Care service is available 24 hours a day to respond to cases which require urgent medical care. This service does not serve emergency cases. If your condition is deemed serious, you will have to phone 166 or 112 (in Greece) or your local emergency number immediately so you can get to the nearest hospital.
