For the best experience, a reliable, high-speed broadband connection of at least 10-15 mbps or 5G signal is recommended to minimize connection issues and ensure optimal image and sound quality.
After selecting the date and time for your appointment, you will receive an e-mail from TeleHospital to confirm it. Shortly before your appointment, you should open the webpage for your request and click on the “Start Video Call” icon to access the teleconsultation environment where you will be connected to the Doctor and conduct your video call.
Just as if you were seeing your Doctor in person, your visit via TeleHospital is completely private and confidential. The information that is exchanged and the discussions that take place during the teleconsultation are protected by strict security protocols, complying with the most stringent directives to safeguard your personal data.
When you select the TeleHospital service you want, you will be asked if you have a discount code. If you do, you will need to enter it into the special box. Otherwise, the platform will redirect you to the Cardlink payment system, where you can enter your card details. Once payment is complete, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the status of your request.
The legal and technological settings, along with the strong encryption incorporated into the platform, ensure your online payment is completely secure.
